January 15, 2021StaffReady is pleased to announce the recent release of a New Feature: Question Rotation.
With Question Rotation, Admins can create a question bank from which each employee will be randomly assigned a designated number of questions.
Admins can mix the Rotational Question type with other questions that all employees must answer, allowing them to design exams to better meet your department's needs and goals.
Case Example: Create a 10 question exam with 2 Rotational Question types. Create a bank of 15 questions to be used. All employees get the same 8 standard questions, and will also get 2 questions randomly selected from your bank. This provides a total of 105 potentially individual exams - large enough for nearly any department.
One additional note - since the Rotational Questions are selected at random, it is possible that two or more employees could receive an identical exam. It is unlikely but possible. One approach to reducing this possibility is to include another Rotational Question in the exam. The feature is completely configurable.
This new feature is already enabled and available for all of our Competency Clients.
