January 29, 2021StaffReady Scheduling has a variety of features to allow for painless, automated scheduling. Schedule Observers is yet another value-added feature in our Scheduling Module. Perfect for both Enterprise applications and department schedules as well.
With Schedule Observers, the Schedule Admin can identify individuals that can view schedules but not edit them. These individuals might be fellow leads or admins that would not normally have access to a given schedule - perfect for shared employees. It also can be used to allow Management to view Schedules across an Enterprise.
Here's a case example: Maria is the Scheduling Admin in a busy 30-person department. She sets up the lead from another department, Emma, as a Schedule Observer with the option to view unpublished schedule information. Before the schedule is published, Maria has Emma review the schedule for any issues before it is published.
This new feature is already enabled and available for all of our Scheduling Clients.
