New Support Features at StaffReady

Nearly two years ago, StaffReady implemented a ChatBot feature on our web page and within our application to add support features. We’re moving on to a set of new features in an effort to provide a better user experience and streamline operations. At StaffReady, we do take customer feedback seriously.

Why Make a Change?

Who loves ChatBots? Some people. Who hates ChatBots? Most people! Many users gave us feedback regarding the Bot:

Finally, from a functionality standpoint, our Bot started to interfere with critical functionality in StaffReady. This was first communicated to us by clients and their involvement is greatly appreciated.

What is Changing?

StaffReady is making several changes. The Bot has been removed from the StaffReady UI already. It will disappear from our public website later this month. In order to replace the critical functions the Bot carries out, we are releasing the following:

Until all of these pieces can be implemented, StaffReady will use limited email to Admins to convey some announcements. We don’t like a full inbox any more than you do, so we’ll keep it to a minimum.

Finally, the single best way to start a Support case is by emailing support@staffready.com. We are also available by phone, at (877) 229-5230, 06:00 – 17:00, Monday – Friday.
